The company was founded in the 1960s with grandfather Cesaroni Sante, then made up of two hectares of vineyards and five of agricultural land; the wine was sold in large carafes to private customers who came to the company. In the generational changeover, his son Cesaroni Giovanni, from whom the company name was inherited, increased the vineyard area up to 12 hectares.

It is placed on the market with high quantities of grape production per hectare with the sale of wine of good quality: to individuals in carafes and in tanks to merchants. After his death, the heirs took over who bought a vineyard of 11 hectares at the same time. In 1992 they decided to produce wine in bottles.
