Wine-making Process: The whole bunches are sent within pneumatic presses and the must is fermented at a low temperature ranging between 12-14°C. Refinement in stainless steel tanks then bottled
Tasting Notes: A straw yellow color, clear and lively. The nose hints of white flowers, white fruits, ethereal overtones topped with a finish of bitter almond. Full bodied, well-structured with a rich persistence and balance.
Food Pairings: Seafood, mushrooms, cheese (fresh and medium-aged) and white meat.
