Production Area: Old vineyards selected in the municipalities of Orsogna, Filleto and Guardiagrele.
Wine-making Process: The whole grapes are subjected to soft pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature ranging between 13 and 16°C. Refinement in stainless steel tanks then bottled
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color, crystal clear and lively. The nose hints of white flowers and tropical fruits. A medium to full bodied wine with a fresh balanced taste, and reasonable acidity.
Food Pairings: Seafood, pizza with vegetables, and battered vegetables.
